install privilege

hi;

i have i-mate sp5 and this is my first windows mobile.

my question is, when i try to install a cab file, my phone says something like "you have not enogh privileges to do that!!", breaks installation and deletes the cab file

why does it do that, i am the only user of that phone, what privileges it's talking about??

it must do everything i say :)
