question is: what is the difference in hardware? And is that possible to use i-mate SP5 ROM upgrades on Qtek 8310?

Will I be able to register on clubimate.com with Qtek 8310 IMEI?

Hardware difference - zero

Register on i-mate site with qtek imei - no

I-mate rom on qtek - you used to be able to, but i think they put a check in now

I-mate comes with Antivirus and club-imate (where support is really really bad!)

Qtek is slightly cheaper, and comes with Clearvue.

Plus the big difference, Imate has English site, QTek's isn't in English
