What shall I do? C600 or C550?

Well, XMas is comming and my E200 is going, heh. The battery is on its way out, it's battered, and it's out-of-date. Now, what I need advice for is should I wait for the C600, or buy the C550? If someone could please answer these questions:

1) When do you think the C600 will be released, realistically?

2) Will the C600 be on Pay&Go, and if so how much?

3) What is the difference between the C550 and the C600? Windows 5.0?

4) What is "better" in Windows Mobile 2005?

Ok, here are my opinions

1, C600 should be anytime soon for retail

2, C600 will get to pay as you go but i would think 6months or so, as they have only just launched it for Business customers.

3, ah there are a few i had a C500 and loved it(should never have sold it) i changed to a windows PDA but this was too big. I got a C550 and found the screen was great, but the same old software which really needed an update and also the keys were very small(kept pressing wrong keys). The C550 is a great fone if you need something with the music shortcuts personally i would wait for the C600 better key layout and the new windows is faster and makes sending stuff easier.

4, there are lots of little items that are better there seems to be a mergance of software for PDA and Phones, the bluetooth is easier to use and also the layout, outlook sync and most things seem to run a little better.

I have just tried out the MDA Vario and this is a fantastic mobile/PDA but without 3G who wants to serf the net at near dial up speeds so i am now waiting for another option.

C600 will never get a release... i hate orange

they said in January now. but they said October... then November... now january.

im getting an imate SP5 now... better and its out

it wont be on PAYG

and WM5 is just better... new generation of technology. Also bigger and better for developers.

WM5 is just improved as you would expect - better control - faster - and its prettier :)

Wait for the c600. The c550 is nice, but i'd wait for windows mobile 5.
