Please help with unlocking and using prun

Hello everyone

I used the xda2unlock tool on my m500 so I can use it while abroad.

I thought it was successful but now I can't use my phone as I can't get it past the screen which tells me my service provider is locked and I need to input and unlock code.

I know I need to use Prun to use the unlock tool again from my desktop but I don't know how to use it.

Can anyone help at all please? How do I use prun.
