International roaming not enabled, sim update sent

Hello, how can i recieve this sim update when im already overseas and therefore cant connect to a network because it wasnt enabled in the first place :S

i did not realise when i upgraded to my orange m5000 and got a new 3g sim i had to enable it again.......
