Guest radiator Posted November 30, 2005 Report Posted November 30, 2005 Been thinking about getting some for awhile now. Looking at something cheap and cheerful (possibly from China - ) and replacing the earphone ‘buds’ with a pair of Sony/Koss. However, my K-Jam uses Bluetooth 1.1, which (according to the auction description) doesn’t output in stereo. Basically, I’m wondering if there is any way around this? Is it possible to ‘hack’ or upgrade the Bluetooth software/drivers so it supports stereo audio output?
Guest Disco Stu Posted December 1, 2005 Report Posted December 1, 2005 Have a look at this thread : http://www.modaco.com/Bluetake_Introduces_...es-t232314.html Scroll down to the bottom of the page for the various related topics. This has been discussed but I don't think there has been a definitive answer. Oh, and your link is missing :)
Guest radiator Posted December 1, 2005 Report Posted December 1, 2005 Thanks for that. Guess I'll just have to play the waiting game, and see what happens with this WM5 patch... (BTW, the link should've pointed to these)
