Guest looeee Posted November 30, 2005 Report Posted November 30, 2005 just got my qtek 8310 and the backlight never seems to go out. it goes to the half-dimmed stage but never goes off. is there a setting i've missed? or is it a dud i should send back? looeee

Ive tried rebooting it with no success. Any ideas?

Think it's a bug on the C600. I'm already starting to miss my C500!!
Guest looeee Posted December 20, 2005 Report Posted December 20, 2005 It could be done by design as the new screen res must be a power-killer If I had a c600 I'd be too busy looking at it and going "Where's the Wifi?" to be worrying about anything else! Leave Orange, return the phone and get an i-mate sp5 or a Qtek 8310 looeee
