Help with e200 Bluetooth internet

Basically, I cannot get them to connect, and it's annoying. I have a laptop using a MSI 6967 bluetooth dongle, and with the standard Windows drivers. Now I managed to pair the devices using passkey 12345, but on the phone under activesync there's nothing to connect to. When I select "connect via bluetooth" the phone tells me:

"Error

Cannot connect to pc

Close other programs that may be using the connection and try again"

Help would be highly appriciated

Phone inbound: Com 6

Phone Outboud: Com7

Computers ports listed under bluetooth:

COM4, Direction: Outgoing, Name: Billy's Phone 'Serial Port Com6'

COM5, Direction: Incomming, Name: Billy's Phone

EDIT: When I try make the bond from the phone this error occurs:

"Your device did not bond with Bevelery's Laptop. The device was not found or the bluetooth PIN is wrong. Try Again". On the laptop nothing happens, like it's not recieving the request
