c500 alarm plugins

:??: i've tried installing alarm plugins 2 my c500 .it says turn off phones 4 it 2 tick in ,when I turn it back on.there no time ,date.ive done the normal things like install Storage\Windows\Start Menu\Accessories.then go 2 accessories then tun program.i save it 2 phone then it turns off and on background changes but no time and date.can somebody help.
