Voice Tags 1) to Storage Card? 2) Number Limit?

I've got a KROME iq700 (5600 equiv) running standard WM2003. I've got a 1GB miniSD in it. I have a ton of contacts from Outlook, and I'd like to be able to attach voice tags to at least 200 of them.

I was having no problems with this, including assigning voice tags to applications, etc. Now, all of a sudden, when I try to record a new voice tag, it beeps but then does nothing (i.e. returns me to the contact). :x I'm guessing this is due to a space limitation.

1) Is it posible to assign the Voice Tag info to be saved on the miniSD Storage Card (rather than default "Storage" on the phone)? Is it a registry hack, and if so, how do I do it?

2) I notice on my SpaceMaker porgram that I still have plenty of room on the card, but that my Speed Dial seems to be limited to 80. Is this a default upper limit? Is there a hack to fix it?
