How to download files from phone to PC?

I have recently bought Qtek 8310. So far i havnt found a way to download files, pictures, videos etc. from phone to PC.

Ive been searching the forum and have read tons of post with no help.

I can copy files from PC to phone using Windows Media Player and Activesync or simply copy-paste files from PC to phone, no problem there. However if im trying to copy files from phone to PC, it doesnt work. When trying to copy larger files a file copy dialog appears as it should be, with progress bar etc.

But nothing gets added to destination folder.

Qtek 8310, Activesync 4.1, Windows XP Pro SP2

Try the "Copy to" function in the left explorer pane. This worked for me until I did a format-c, now everything works as it supposed to.
