Issues with Audiovox SMT5600

Hi, I am new to smart phones and I have Audiovox SMT5600. I do not know how to do the following. Any help is greatly appriciated

1. Bluetooth: I have Motorola HS820; paired fine and works fine when I dial out. But when I get an incoming call, it defaults to the phone unless I go to the menu and enable my handset. I have registered my phone as "Set as Hands free"

2. I cannot edit tasks. Is it a feature or bug?

3. How do I configure smart dialing. I want to my company's board number and then dial any extension. I know that by adding "," and adding the extension will work, but do not want to do it for all 250 people.
