Recording Telephone calls on the SMT5600?

Is there a way to record a telephone call in progress, on the SMT5600?

I looked in the manual, and didn't find instructions on that.

I tried pressing the button to record voice notes, while a telephone call was in progress, and nothing happened.

If there is no way to do that out of the box, is there 3rd party software that will do that?

Do a search of the forums for "+c500 +call +record" and you'll find loads of threads on this topic.

The short answer is that some (two?) people claim to have done it, but for the rest of us it just isn't possible
