SPV m500 newbie - can't get SMS tone to work

Hi there

I just got my m500 today and was not finding it easy to set a tone for my SMS alert.

I found some help on this forum but I followed the steps (copying the sound to the right folder etc.) and set it up exactly, but still I do not get a sound when receiving an SMS.

I have ticked the right boxes and checked and double checked - any advice appreciated!! :)

The sound file needs to be a PCM format wav pasted into the main Windows folder.

Why not post your file on here for us to test ?
