K jam + Copilot live 6

I got my copilot live 6 this morning and never wasted time in setting it up using my i mate k jam. After a few mins of installation it was up and running. So my friend and I decided to give it a try. We picked Hounslow town center at least more than 35 mins away from my place. Copilot 6 was brillant, clear instructions, less confusing graphic than leading brand. Then it happened....more than 25 mins of driving smoothly, we've noticed a difference in sound instruction, then few more minutes it has stopped giving information... My K JAM got JAMMED. I pulled over as ive never been to Hounslow. Tried switching off my phone but it wont, tried to exit copilot and i cant. Decided to take the battery out in the end. I restarted my phone after 5 mins and decided to go home, more than 20mins driving, again, same thing happened. Can anyone pls help me, is their something wrong with my k jam(1 month old) or is it just not built for navigation purposes.

I think ther is a Patch for this mate. Bit like the Navigator 5 as it dont run smoothly on WM5. Have you tried going to CoPilot's website to see if there is a ptach/fix?
