Guest marlina Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 Dear Gurus I'm a newbie. I'm planning to buy either the O2 Xphone IIm or Nokia 6680. Basically, I need a phone that allows me to sync my PC Outlook with the phone with ease and allow me to view attachment such as excel or ms word. I'm confused because O2 runs on MS office 2003 while Nokia is using Symbian 8.0. Any major difference. :??: Currently, both phone are tagged with same price even though Nokia 6680 is a 3G phone. Appreciate your kind assistance. :) Marlina
Guest Honest John Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 Ever tried walking into a Ford main dealer and asking "I'm confused. Which is better - a Ford or a Vauxhall?" What do you think the reply would be? Well as this is a forum for Windows powered smartphones (let's call it a "Ford" site) and symbian smartphones are, for argument's sake, Vauxhalls.............................................................what do you think would be the answer? For what it's worth, Microsoft have a number of plans for Windows smartphones in the pipeline to make for closer integration, so if that is a criteria, then go windows Smartphone.
