I'm lucky... my wife was nice enough to preorder me one as an early xmas present, so I picked up a Premium pack on launch day.

It's wicked, my TV (CRT) does 480p and it looks fab!

I got screwed by Amazon for a preorder. Ended up standing in the rain from 5am outside PC world. Got a core in the end. Should be getting PGR3 today hopefully. Been loving COD2. ;-D

Can't really afford a high-def telly though. Have to stick with me standard 32" CRT.

Since you're an MVP, I'll take that as my Official Microsoft apology for not planning their manufacturing correctly. For their marketing department not caring that enough wont be made, as long as they release before Christmas.

But I'm still waiting for my apology from GameStop for taking pre-orders on their site and in their stores beyond what MS was offering them. :evil:

Not really got into it (Still desperately trying to get the VGA HD cable, my HD Monitor doesnt support the 4 Composite connection the premium box comes with!), So i cant give a good graphic opinion yet, needless to say its no where near as good as PGR3, though - I can tell that already.. Drag is always fun, but i hate the fact i cant just choose to do a free run with police chasing me :D I guess you have to do careers and stuff to get the police on ya!

Really wanna get COD2, the trailer is just stunning (as my entire flat heard in surround sound at 3am this morning :))

Ohhhh! - You've got a media center PC, don't ya? I notice you're in Media Center at the moment, according to your Gamercard =P (Gotta love the way all this works together!), Have you ever tried going into the media center with the PC off? When i first got my xbox, the first 3 or 4 times i did that it turned the PC on, then i made router settings changes to try and get my NAT to 'OPEN' instead of 'MODERATE' (which my router doesnt actually like!), and ever since then it hasnt turned the PC on, I'm willing to guess it uses Wake On Lan to do it, but i just wish i could get it to work again ;)

And to all of those with Windows Media Center PCs - You so gotta get an Xbox :) It makes it complete :D, though, of course, if you're gunna have the xbox next to the PC (like i do) it defeats the object a bit ;0

this might cheer you up. got some news in japan that the xbox 360 is going slow in the market. (probably most of them are not patronizing microsoft but sony palystation 3, i guess). so if anyone want an xbox 360 here in uk, fly to japan and definitely there are some left on 160,000 units in japan. :) hereis the link, hope might cheer you up guys :D

Well, I finally got mine thru ebay at only $100 over the original price. I coudlnt wait any longer....and gamestop only has them trickling in or the workers there are the one's actually selling them on ebay or selling only to friends. So much for pre-ordering five months ago.

Well over half of my xbox games dont work in it but that's okay. I bought KingKong for my son (and me) and Quake for me since they didnt have COD2....but I;ll get that as well since I became addicted to it while playing it for 1/2 hour in the store before Christmas.
