Find the nearest equivalent or other online maps

I have just moved from Orange to vodafone so that I could get my hands on a Qtek 9100.

The one thing I have missed is the map functions on Orange world like the find the nearest and where am I function.

Does anyone know if there is anything that is like this that you can access generally from a pocket pc.

I have found google local for mobiles but is not in Europe and not available it seems for this type of device.

By the way not after GPS device just an online map look up service.

Google mobile can be hacked to make it work in Europe. It even has GPS capabilities that they aren't using yet.

It works if you follow the directions on this site but cannot get satellite images on the qtek 9100.

Also the london street level detail is not there can get down to a reasonable level for directions accross the country, but not London street level.

Similar settings to what I used and the sat images weren't working here either. I want to know exactly what feature my Blue Angel doesn't support!!

I'm sure the street level stuff was there before. It's kinda crap now; you can get the route drawn over streets you can't see! This Euro Google Maps hack was well publicised when it was revealed; perhaps they have "fixed" it.

Try http://www.mgmaps.com/ instead, it's a third-party app to do the same thing.
