moving TomTom 5 to new WM5 device

Hi there. Ive just recently upgraded to a new sp5m with WM5. My previous handset (sda music WM2003) was running TomTom 5 on it fine. Obviously i want to port the software over to my new device but am not sure where to start.

I guess i need a new code from TomTom to match my new deviceID, or does it work off the owner information i enter into the phone? what is the best way to get this new code as it wasnt obvious on the TomTom website... From reading the license agreement it states that the license is for one computer only and is non-transferrable, but surely if my phone is replaced on insurance i can transfer the software license?

It also appears a need a new patch for the SW (5.20?) that i downloaded from the website that i believe updates the SW for WM5 & QVGA, and i have to update thie card using a card reader. Is this correct & should i do it before trying to reinstall the software on my new device?

Im sure others must have done this already but i couldnt find anything really helpful from the search - any help, advice would be much apreciated here. Thanks in advance.
