Problems QTEK 8010 text messages (unicode)

Hello, I´m writing because I have a problem with my QTEK 8010, when I send a text message with unicode I only can write 70 characteres and If I don´t use unicode I have 160 to use but when I put an accent it apears like a question mark, I mean when I put "camión" it apears like "cami?n".

Somebody knows what can I do to fix it?
