Activesync....XDA mini S

Hi all.....took delivery of a new XDA mini S (pleased thus far) but.....been reading all the posts re activesync issues....i have loaded 4.1....

I can sync some cal entries but not others.....if i add new entries on phone now they are syncd with pc....and some newer entries on the PC also go across (?those entered by my ipaq?) but those entered via outlook (well lotus notes via mnotes) dont sync.....any advice?
