Using Program Memory for Storage Space

A lot of topics on this subject but now clear picture on if this has been done or is even capabile of being done. Can you phyiscally allocate a section of program memory to be used as storage memory for installing programs? I know about installing on SD but I am trying to install the new Good email client 4.7 and requires to be installed on internal memory but some devices (ex. Dopod 577w) only have 11.90 free. Goodlink requires +12M free on the device.

Thoughts?
