How to change 1st boot screen ?

Do you know how to replace the 1st boot screen (Qtek Keep the world in one) on Qtek 8020 ? Is there in \Windows .gif, .jpg...picture?

The image is part of the Rom and the only way to change this would be to either use another operators ROM or to hack the ROM image.
