Qtek 8310 Ip & DNS

Hi,

I own a Qtek 8310 with wm5. I have 2 access point in my home. They are set without mac filtering and wep protection.

I can connect using my psp or my notebook and xbox without any problem.

With the phone I have problems. When I connect to wifi, it connects and get ip. OK

My problem is that i would need to set gateway and dns because my router doesn't broadcast these settings. Where I can "force" these settings on 8310? I spent a day trying to find it.

Any help?

Your router assigns an IP but not DNS? Sounds odd to me. The router much be using DHCP to assign the IP so why not the others?

Ever had this problem. must assign gateway and dns in manual to all my systems...
