XP Professional and Mobile 5 Sync

Right then, here goes.

On my work laptop I have XP PRofessional and my Qtek 8310 has Mobile 5

I have ActiveSync 4.1 installed

My laptop recognises my phone, as a Network Adaptor...

However when I try to establish a connection via ActiveSync it can not be seen.

The phones syncs perfectly well with my home PC (XP Home Edition)

I am not sure whether the fact that the phone is recognised as a Network Adaptor rather than a PDA is anything to do with it.

Can anyone help?
