Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted March 8, 2006 Report Posted March 8, 2006 BT sync is still there? You need to install Activesync 4.1 On BT config (i use the MS BT stack) add an incoming COM port. Make note of the number (Its COM5 on my PC, it's likely to be different on others...) Right click the AS icon in your system tray and click "Connection settings". Check the "Allow connections to one of the following" check box and select the incoming BT port. Then click ok Discover your PC on the phone and pair, make sure you add "Activesync" or "serial port" as a service when prompted. Go to AS on your device and tap menu > connect via Bluetooth. In theory it should spark AS into life and sync. This worked absolutely fine on my KJAM and C600. My Jasjar however wouldn't pick up the services available when i paired with my PC, so that will probably be where issues lie if you have any. I haven't sussed a solution yet ;)
Guest daftveggie Posted March 9, 2006 Report Posted March 9, 2006 Works fine on my Vario as well. Best to have synced with USB first is you can, gets all the big files moved over a faster connection and also lets the two devices used to each other ;)
