SMT5600 Incoming Call Issue

I just bought an Audiovox SMT5600 a few weeks ago, and up till now it has been a great phone. However, i installed some new homescreens and lately, people have been complaining that they have to call multiple times becuase they constantly get a busy signal when they try to call me. Could this be related to the homescreen installations or is it the phone or the network (USA, Cingular Wireless)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Chances are that this cannot be due to screen. but wait a min... did u day u downlaoded this.. check if the phone is using teh GPRS connection. I dont think you can use GPRS and receive phone call at the same time

Best way it to hard reset the phone.. ZAP IT... and then see if you still have the problem and then start installing stuff
