M5000 and Bluetooth Activesync

Please can someone give me a guide as to how i can sync my M5000 via bluetooth. I have been trying all afternoon and been changing all the settings i can find. now i think i am all messed up and could do with some guidence.

I used this guide to sync an M500 on winXP and got there in the end. I've had to do it a couple of times now, due to a replacement handset. The key seems to be setting up a pairing after hitting the bluetooth activesync setup on the phone...

Bluetooth sync
