MP4 video recording for M5000

Hi there I've got a M5000 on Orange UK.

For some reason, I can't record in MP4, only Motion JPEG AVI.

Pretty much out the box, have not added any filters or encoders, just the player TCPMP.

How do I encode using MP4? MP4 is much smaller and better.
