Guest gpcarreon (MVP) Posted December 14, 2005 Report Posted December 14, 2005 Welcome to MoDaCo Forum :) You can either wait for the phone to get passed the boot screen OR sacrifice the phone contents (contacts info, programs on Storage etc will be erased) by doing a hard reset. There is no way for you to backup your contacts and other important data with phone just hanging on the boot/splash screen. For 'hard reset' instructions, kindly check this thread: http://www.modaco.com/index.php?showtopic=198362
Guest j_bucksup Posted December 15, 2005 Report Posted December 15, 2005 thanks for that, now i'm starting to get real worried now i have now gone through the first part of the hard reset process up to the screen with the three colours and it isn't getting past this, am i doing something wrong here or something? i've left it for about 3 hours a so give or take a little but still it jus stays at this screen, but then my battery ran out so obviously i'm trying this again but i think it will happen again. i really need some help if anyone can, it will be extremely appreciated! thansk in advance
