How to you add program shortcuts?

I want to add a program shortcut to the Today screen.

Any ideas how?

You need a 3rd party app to add shortcuts

I use Spb PocketPlus (which is great), but I think CLauncher is free, and there are probably others available.

I'd also recommend the great an free vjSoft apps - vjDialer and vjSMS. Shortcuts to prewritten SMS messages and to phone numbers, for one-touch dialing from Today.
