Dust? Anybody? No?

I've had my MDA Vario on T-Mobile for a couple of days now, but it already seems to have quite a bit of dust in the sides of the screen. Is this normal? Is it likely to cause a problem? I didn't collect very much crap in the m500 after 6 months of use...

A bit, but once you've been a C500 owner dust becomes a way of life :roll:

Seriously, I keep mine in my pocket most of the time and it doesn't seem to have picked too much.

My heart stopped when I read the title of this thread (last phone was a C500), had instant visions of getting a replacement under warrenty every 4 months.

I don't get too much dust in the sides now I have an extra mil layer with the screen protector.

A very slight amount of dust however didn't actually notice there was any until you asked the question! No more than I've had with other phones etc.

Yeah, I have a bit of dust but it is on the screen, bordering my screen protector. Easily wiped away.

Thanks all.

I managed to destroy the screen protector that came with the device whilst removing it (I had an air bubble). I have another one on the way, so hopefully that will help.

I managed to clear what was already there by pressing the screen down slightly and blowing :)
