ActiveSynch problems

I have started to get an error with Activesync after using it successfully for years.

I use my C500 to link Outlook from my work to home computer. I now seem to get an error message when linking to my home computer as per the attachment saying that Outlook is being used by another program.

I have also been using papyrus and facade latest versions but they have worked well up to now.

Would McAfee cause a problem as the conflict only seems to occur on my home computer.
