Guest memiked Posted December 14, 2005 Report Posted December 14, 2005 HI Hi I hope you guys can help a fellow smartphone user... This thing is smarter then me today lol. I was trying to unlock the phone I got the unlock code from cingular wireless, and put the code in wrong 3 times. The phone now says its disabled and wont let me put in the correct code. I was told I could reflash the rom I did that with 1.47 and no dice! Anyone have any idea how to save my phone. I like paper weights but a 250.00 paper weight is kind of crazy, Thanks a million! Guest monkeygadge Posted December 15, 2005 Report Posted December 15, 2005 Master Reset? (turn the phone on with big blue button depressed). I guess you have already done this with reflash eh? (If you haven't, try it) Try someone elses SIM card? Don't know if this will help at all, but try anything if it works eh?

Guest awarner [MVP] Posted December 15, 2005 Report Posted December 15, 2005 PUK codes will be available from your network.
Guest memiked Posted December 15, 2005 Report Posted December 15, 2005 its att and im a tmobile customer? Who will have it
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted December 15, 2005 Report Posted December 15, 2005 AT&T should but give both a call, the problem you may have is if the handset was not new and you are not the registered owner. Here in the UK only the registered owner of the handset can obtain a puk code.

Is there anyway around this?
