Automated signal strength monitor

It seems that I've just taken over responsibility for the company's mobile phones. Gulp. Bit of a poisoned chalice I think, but we'll see.

Anyway, one of the first things I want to do is an accurate guage of the signal strength in various areas on different networks.

Are the any apps that will record "signal strength" every N minutes, and write it out to a CSV file (or similar)? Ideally I'd like it to record the GPS co-ords as well.

Any ideas?

i you want the GPS signals your gonna have to make a program for the smartphone that can communicate with a GPS reciever, and i have no idea how to do this.

also, you will have to get private access to the inforbar plugin, which i also have no clue how to do.

I'm not looking to write an app, I doubt I'd have the time or knowledge, but I was hoping for an existing app that some techy might already have.

With the signal strength, how bout using SmartMonitor on your homescreen and getting an app that automatically takes a screenshot every n minutes?
