how to rearrange startmenu in wm5?

Hey, please help me with this.. i cant change the startmenu order on my htc tornado(qtek8310) has anyone done this? in wm2003 you could just rearrange like you wanted it, but in wm5 i cant seem to find the "startmenu" folder... :roll:

the shortcuts and folders live in \Windows\StartMenu

The order that the icons appear in the StartMenu is governed by the registry value, Order at HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Shell\StartMenu
