is SP5 Certificate Locked?

Just read a quick review. It stated that the SP5 is Certificate locked. Is thsi true???

If so. Does this mean that you cannot install just any program??

Yes, you might need to unlock to access certain parts of the phone.

I think that locking depends on providers :))
