sda rom with polish language

like in the topic... when I can find this rom?

I have i-mate sp3i and I download from i-mateclub new rom to my smartphone and everything gonna be ok, but my friends bought SDA and my rom doesn't work in him smart. I find info that rom from qtek 8020 is in the version with polish language but I don't now where I can find this....
