Multiple Folders in Outlook Tasks

Hi Guys

Problem "quirk" that's been irritating me for some time now.

On my PC I use Outlook Tasks with Multiple folders for different things I need to do ... e.g. one folder might be Pressies, another To Do List, another is Car Stuff, etc.

Problem is that when I sync my phone with my PC, I only get the root level Tasks ... which normally is none, so I have to copy and move tasks between root and folder all the time depending on what I'm going out for at the time. Ridiculous.

What I need is a tool which reads Tasks likes Tasks+ and also the lower level folders.

Please help ... desparately frustrated.

Also, is there a way or a tool to sync Outlook Notes and their subfolders .... that would also be very useful, so I can have all my post-it notes running too.

PC - Ms Windows XP SP2, Outlook 2002 and ActivSync 3.8

Mobile - Motorola MPX200 with Smartphone 2003 installed and ActivSync 3.8 I guess ... whatever the latest one is.

Cheers for the help guys

Andre

It's not possible to sync notes and it's subfolders on the phone at the moment.

It's not possible with that application either with a Smartphone.

†NOTE: Because smartphones running the Windows Mobile Smartphone edition of the OS include the ability to use categories only in Pocket Outlook Contacts (and not Calendar or Tasks), PocketMirror Professional for Windows Mobile can create and synchronize Outlook with folder-like categories only in Pocket Outlook Contacts (not Calendar or Tasks).

Yep, you're right. Missed that exception.
