how can I CHANGE ALL Sounds & Audio Properties

Hello,

Was wondering is there was a way I can modify the sound properties on my Smart Phone? The same way one can go into the CONTROL PANEL, Sounds & Audio Devices Properties, and change sound settings on there computer?

I WANT TO DO THIS TO MY SMARTPHONE!

OR is there a program that I don't know of that will allow me to do this.

Examples of this...

1. when I open-up my phone, have it make the same sound like a Star Trek triquarter,

2. when I open a program, have it say, "accessing!"

3. after typing in your password, have it say, "authorization accepted!

4. when battery low, have it make warning sound in Star Trek followed by, "Warning!"

I also want to be able to Silence certain sounds on the phone & edit some. Not silence ALL phone sound.
