activesync problem

evening all, a little help please

my spv c500's keyboard went kaput this week so those nice people at orange have given me a new one.

question - how do i get the information on my PC onto the new phone when it insists on recognising it as a different device from the original phone ???

Welcome to the forum :-)

Click on the ActiveSync icon in the task tray, hit File, Delete Partnership.

Now you can create a new partnership and get your Contacts etc onto your new phone.
