Windows based phones in Spain?

I have an Orange M2000 (HTC Blue Angel) in the UK, does anyone know if any Spanish networks offer this or any other windows based phones on their networks?

Or if I brought a second hand M2000 in the UK and had it unlocked how easy would it be to get all the settings for this phone (GPRS etc) for the Spanish Vodafone network on to the phone?...

I know usually we are sent a text with the settings and they are automatically set-up but, so how easy are they to set-up manually? Then worst case senario would the phone work at all with GPRS etc on Vodafone Spain??

If you can get a note of the settings, and are confortable setting things up on the phone, then doing it yourself shouldn't be that hard. In fact, I'm sure there's an app somewhere that will do it for you, you just need to say what network you are on and it does the work.
