Can't find POP3 settings for qtek 8300

Where do you add a POP3 email account? With my C500 this was easy but I cannot seem to find this setting on my Qtek 8300

It should be: Start > Messaging > Menu > Tools > New Account

But after Start>messaging I can only select between text messages, outlook e-mail and MMS. There is no ' menu or setting under the right button

when you select for example Text messages use Menu->Options->New Account
