strange guid named files on Qtec 8310

i'm pretty sure that none of the previous OSs did this but i've got a bunch of these files taking up tonnes of space in my windows folder.

any idea what they might be?

i have 2mb of space on my internal storage and i can't figure out where it all has gone. i've searched through the whole thing and can't see anything using it all up
