Guest Smeicy Posted December 19, 2005 Report Posted December 19, 2005 Hi When I assign a voice tag to a contact on my Qtek 8310 – the phone record the voice tag by using the internal microphone instead of my Bluetooth headset. The same thing happens when I try to use the voice tag to start a program or call a contact. So instead of using my headset I need to shout out the command to be sure the phone recognizes what I am saying. Is there any way that I can use my Bluetooth headset instead of the built in microphone? Cheers Smeicy

Do you use the phone to get the beep and say the name of the person you will call or do you use the headset button to make the command? You must use the BT-headset to call if you should make it work, dont touch the phone at all. Maybe you done this and then i have no qlue, my 8300 works perfect with my BT-carhandsfree HCB-300... Hope you fix it!
