Guest Millz Posted December 19, 2005 Report Posted December 19, 2005 I had one of the BT-77 receivers off ebay, but it was pathetic, only connecting to 1 satalite and saying you were somewhere stupid like in the middle of a field, or telling me to turn right on a motorway... So needless to say, after getting lost and taking me around 2 hours to find my way home (normally a 40minute drive) after work.. I'm after a new receiver. Looking at this Holux GPSlim GR-236.. Seen good reviews but to be honest i dont want to waste my money if theres a better quality receiver unit out there.. It's running with a C550... Thoughts?

Guest minty1978 Posted December 28, 2005 Report Posted December 28, 2005 i have the BT77 from here: http://www.inter-activeinformation.com/uk/...5ae0122a36d82d1 it has worked faultlessly since i got it set up. the tech support from them is great, really know there stuff. works perfectly with TTN5...however not with route 66, as r66 is not compatable with WM5.
