Anyone know what this WM2003 exe is/does?

When I connect a C550 as a guest partnership via USB, a program called CredAgent2.exe on the SPV under \Windows\ fires up automatically. The moby reports it as an unsigned app so you have to accept it manually, if you don't the ActiveSync relationship isn't created.

Does anyone know what this program is and does? I had a look at the summary info for it and it says its owned by Credant Technologies (http://www.credant.com) and is some form of security software. I've not installed anything from their site on the mobile and am a bit annoyed as to why and how its suddenly popped up on the SPV. Accepting it doesn't dseem to do anything else other than allow the guest ActiveSync connection.

Are there any games or Orange apps that install this silently? Anyone else have this on their SPV?
