major issues. Missed calls and GMS calling

issue 1, Has anyone else had the issue of missed calls, I have had loads, I have even tried to lock the keyboard in case it was the case pressing the "hang up" button but im still getting calls that ring once or twice then are lost.

When ive spoken to the caller they have said that the calls went to the answerphone.

issue 2, Is anyone else experiencing the phone connecting to GSM when you have not selected it to. Im getting this alot too.

Haven't had the issue with missed calls but I have had the phone connect to GPRS after I've been using MSN Messenger over wi-fi. I usually restart the phone now after using Messenger to stop this happening.
