1.13 ROM for Compact

I have read in the forums about this ROM upgrade, and have looked on the T Mobile site for the download / instructions on performing the update.

Can't find anything on it, let alone the download!

Any one want to point at where I can get the upgrade and newbie proof instructions?

Just hoping the supposed improved signal thing is right!!!
