c500 wont bluetooth out

Hi all. been browing thsi site for a while now since getting my c500. and to say the least this place has been my home for about almost everyday now.

but. today realised something.

i CANT bluetooth out.

i can bluetooth inbound, but not out.

im on T-mobile with it.

ALSO:

when gettign a picture message i try copy the picture across to the storage card so i can see it on my computer to upload that way. but looking through the file managent it sees it. but my computer wonht :?:

lost.

EDIT: though i would note i have smart explore and it will recognice and try send but just doesnt go anywere. always errors.

have searched but at present cant find fix.

I did not understood to much from what u r saying ? Can u b more specific ? What do you mean by outbound ?

Do you mean that you are unable to create an outgoing COM port? The menu option is disabled / grayed-out?

(Start --> Settings --> Bluetooth --> Bluetooth --> Menu --> COM Ports --> Menu --> New Outgoing Port)

It seems to me that this depends on how you paired your phone with the other device. I think you need to have the other device discover your c500... not the other way round. Also, your other device needs to support the 'Serial Port Profile'.
